Sovereignty: St. Lucia joined the West Indies Federation in 1958. It gained independence on February 22, 1979. It remained a parliamentary democracy in the Commonwealth of Nations. Historically, according to the 1960 Constitution, the governorship of the Windward Islands was abolished and the island of Saint Lucia came from an autonomous unit within the federation.
Demographics: The population of Saint Lucia is predominantly African making up 85.3% of the total population. 2.2% are East Indian and 0.6% are white (991). There is also a small Native American community in Saint Lucia. Native Americans increased to 0.6% of the population in the 2001 census.
The remaining 0.5% of the population is Chinese.

For a family of 4, this period is 7 years, or 5 years with bonds purchased for at least $300,000. The administrative fee is $30,000.
It can make commercial investment in corporate projects individually in an approved project that will create at least 3 jobs with a capital of $3,500,000.
If an application will be made with 2 partners, the amount to be invested will be 6.000.000 million dollars and you must employ 6 employeers
