The two-island country of St Kitts and Nevis lies in the northern part of the Leeward Islands group of the Lesser Antilles in the Eastern Caribbean. The two islands are separated by a channel some 3 km in width.
Demographics: show African descent 75.1%, Afro-European 12.3%, mulatto 5.3%, East Indian and Afro-East Indian 5%, south Asian Ethnic groups 3%, other 3.3%. Religions Anglican, Protestant, and Roman Catholic.
Economy: In 2011, the Growth Domestic Product (GDP) in St. Kitts and Nevis was $709 million dollars. In the past five years, GDP in the Federation has experienced a healthy growth of 9.57%. Its currency, the East Caribbean dollar, has maintained a fixed exchange rate of 2.7 to the US dollar. The primary industries here are tourism, agriculture, animal husbandry, fishing, forestry, and mining. Applicants and their families may gain citizenship of St Kitts and Nevis by choosing one of two options:
• A minimum of $200,000.USD real estate property purchased from a qualifying government project
• A non-refundable donation starting from $150,000.USD to the Sustainable Growth Fund
• A real estate property can be purchased in St. Kitts and Nevis with an option to sell the property after a holding of 7 years. It can be used for a personal business, a second home, vacation home or rental income property.
Current fees are as follows:
For a single applicant; with a minimum property purchase of $200,000.USD + government, passport and due diligence fees, the minimum investment is $243,379.USD. Additional closing costs of the property are variable.
• For a family of four or more; with a minimum property purchase of $220,000.USD + government, passport and due diligence fees, the minimum investment is $289,535.USD. Additional closing costs of the property are variable.
Your donation to the SGF will benefit areas of priority such as tourism and culture, entrepreneurship, infrastructure, climate change and health and education.
Current fees are as follows:
For a single applicant; with a contribution to the SGF of $150,000.USD + government, bank, passport and due diligence fees, the minimum investment is $158,332.USD.
For a family of four or more; with a contribution to the SGF of $150,000.USD + government, bank, passport and due diligence fees, the minimum investment is $164,347.USD
