Investment Options

Applicants and their families may gain citizenship in Dominica through the Citizenship by Investment Programme by choosing between one of two options:

• A one-time contribution to the Economic Diversification Fund (EDF)
• The minimum contribution required under the EDF option is of US$100,000.
• An investment in pre-approved real estate

The pre-approved real estate option requires applicants to purchase property and to maintain ownership for at least 3 years after citizenship is received.
