Dear visitors, you can find the documents you need to prepare for your family / friends / relatives visits in Greece and the documents that support your personal information.
Standard documents: You must provide all of your personal documents in person. Standard documents (passport, identity card, application form) consist of documents that all applicants must provide in full.
Documents supporting your vocational status: If you are the owner or employee of the company; tax plate, company activity certificate, signature circular of the company, photocopy of commercial registry newspaper; if you are retired, your retiring card, your pension payroll; if you are a student, you must submit your original student certificate. If the travel expenses of the students and housewives in Greece are to be covered by one of the family, the financial documents of the person who will cover the expenses must be presented.
If you have a Schengen visa with VIS Sıgn after 25 September 2014, you can forward your visa application documents to our company from all regions of Turkey.

Passport
Your passport to apply for a Schengen Family visit to Greece visa must have been issued in the last 10 years. Applications with navy blue passports aren't accepted. Your passport, which you submit to the Greece Consulate, must be valid for 3 months after the return date. Applicants who have changed their surname after marriage or divorce should apply with their passport containing their identity information. If you have previously obtained visas in Schengen, USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, Japan, Australia and New Zealand, you will also need to provide photocopies of them.
Greece visa application form
You can fill out the Schengen visa application forms in Turkish or Greek. You can call our authorities to get information about what you need to pay attention when completing the visa application forms.
2 biometric photos
You should add two biometric photos in 35x45 mm size with a white background that reflect your current look. Your photo mustn't have been used on any visas before.
Invitation Letter
The invitation letter from your family and friend must be certified by the Greece police station or the citizenship service center called KEP. Unapproved invitation documents aren't processed.
Photocopy of identity card
You must add a copy of the front and back of your ID card to your application file. If you have applied with your new / chip ID and your ID card isn't with you during the visa process, you will need to obtain a temporary identity card from the nearest population office.
Fully Accurate Population Registration Sample
You should obtain your sample of the registry from the Population Directorate. Your fully accurate population registration document must contain complete family and sibling information.
Travel health insurance
The provision of health insurance covering your travel time is a mandatory procedure for all Schengen countries. Your travel health insurance must be covered by 30,000 EUR.
Flight / Hotel reservations
In your Greece family visit visa process, you should submit your flights and hotel bookings supportive of your return to Turkey. Flight and hotel dates shouldn't be in conflict with the travel dates you specify in the application form. Air tickets and hotel booking documents must be issued on behalf of each applicant.
Bank account statement
If you are applying for a visa for family visit to Greece, you must submit a statement of your own bank account mobility. Please note that your bank statements should include your retrospective account transactions for the last 3 months. You must provide your bank statements at least 15 days before your visa application date. Your account must have a balance of at least $ 5,000. If you are traveling from Turkey to Greece as a family and if a family member cover the family's travel expenses, the person's account must have minimum balance of 5,000 TL for per person. Transactions containing bank account mobility should be submitted by the bank with stamped, wet signed, bank circular. Bank account documents received in the form of ATM printouts are considered invalid.
For SGK employees:
Employer letter: The employer letter should written on the letterhead of the company, and should include the position of the applicant in the company, the starting date, salary, leave dates, duration and return of the job. Employer's letter must be submitted in the original copy, photocopy isn't accepted.
Company's Activity Certificate
SGK job entry declaration (must be barcoded. If in the old type, ıt should be wet signed and stamped from the company) and SGK "service statement" (E-government barcode or wet signed stamped from SGK)
Stamp and wet signatured salaries for the last 3 months. If you have started a new job, you can provide information about your previous workplace and payrolls. Copy of the contract if the contract is being worked on
Documents of your ownerships (photocopies title, license etc.)
Originals (account transactions) of personal bank account statements of the last 3 months. If the statement is printed from ınternet, it must be wet signed and stamped from the bank;
Photocopy of the Trade Registry

Activity Document for the last 3 months (wet signed and stamped, original or e-signed document issued from the website of the Chamber of Commerce).
For Company Owners:
Petition written on company letterhead
Ownership documents (copy of deed);
Originals of personal bank account statements of the last 3 months (account transactions). If the statement is printed from internet, it must be wet signed and stamped from the bank. For family visit visas, the owner must submit a personal bank statement.

For students:
Student certificate: It should be in English and the original of the document must be submitted.
For Under 18 years:
Consent: If the Greece visa applicant is under 18, a notarized consent signed by his / her parents must be submitted. If only one parent will accompany the child during the trip, a notarized consent must be obtained from the other parent. If the child is traveling with his / her parents, consent isn't required. Consent must be provided within the last 6 months. Consent isn't required if traveling with both parents, but both parents must have their signature on the application form.
If the parents of the applicant under 18 years of age are divorced, the notarized consent must be obtained from the parent who doesn't have custody if the parent with custody applies for a visa. The original of the divorce decision must also be submitted.

If the Sponsor is Company Owner:
Sponsor letter: It should be written on the letterhead of the affiliated company and the degree of kinship to the sponsor should be indicated.
4B service statement
Current Company documents: Activity certificate, tax plate, signature circular, photocopy of trade registry
Bank account statement: It should contain at least 5000 TL balance and bank transactions should be submitted in the last 3 months.
If the sponsor works under SGK:
Company letter: The document should contain information about the person's position in the company.

Family visit visas for Greece result in an average of 4 to 8 business days. The Greece Consulate doesn't serve on public holidays and applications before national holidays may result in a longer period. Foreign passport with residence permiSGKon applications are resulting in longer. For this reason, we recommend that you start your application process immediately, provided that it isn't earlier than 3 months.
All documents you submit must belong to the last 3 months.
In addition to the documents listed in this section, the Greece Embassy and the Greece Consulate General may ask you to submit different documents.
If you are going to complete your Greece visa procedures from Ankara, your chamber of commerce registration and "BAGKUR" statements can be requested.
Lack of documents may result in the application being rejected in accordance with the Schengen rules.
If the applicants don't work and their expenses are met by family members (children, students or housewives, etc.), documents indicating the financial adequacy of the family member who meets the applicant's travel expenses must be submitted. A photocopy of the marriage certificate must be presented if the person covering the expenses is a spouse.
The documents presented are business documents, title deeds, bank passbook, student certificate etc.. should be in the jurisdiction of the Embassy, General Consulate and other representatives. You will need to submit one of the electricity, water and natural gas bills for the last 6 months in additional to your residence certificate.
