The following documents are required for your visa application for your travels to Greece within the scope of Erasmus +. You can start your application at least 60 days in advance.
Schengen Visa Application Form (Turkish - Greek / English)
Petition stating your travel purpose
Passport (at least two pages must be blank and must be valid for at least 90 days from the end of your travel)
Copy of Identity Card
Fully Accurate Population Registration Example
Current dated student certificate. (Stamped and signed by e-school or barcoded from E-Government)
Biometric Photography (2 Pieces)
Original of the health insurance policy covering your travel period with guarantee of 30,000 Euros minimum.
Invitation or guarantee issued by the institution to be visited. The invitation must contain the address of the institution in Greece, the contact details and the identity of the invitee.
A letter must be taken which is given by Turkey's National Agency(EU Education and Youth Programs Center) or TUBITAK. This letter shows who indicates funded under a European Union program.
If you are under 18 years of age:
Notarized and valid consent from parents.
Parent bank account statements
If the applicant is older than 18 years, the bank account statement of the applicant.
