Standard Documents
Your passport must be obtained within the last ten years, and the information musn't be deformed or ripped unreadable. It must be valid for at least 6 months after your requested visa and should have at least two pages empty. Your photo on your passport should be clear and your face can seems clear, allowing you to recognize your identity.
If you have changed your surname because of to marriage or divorce, your passport must be renewed according to your new situation.
You must put a copy of both sides of your identity card, which is officially approved by the Population Directorate, containing your personal identification information, both on the front and back.
A sample of a fully uniform population registration is an official document showing the identity and address information of all family members in detail. Make sure that the document received from the population directorates is wet signed and sealed by the competent authority.
Once you have established the Canada commercial visa application requirements, you can apply for a commercial visa online on the official website of the Canadian Department of State. The form, which must be complete in English or French, contains your personal identification information, family information and other travel information.

If there is more than one application, a separate reservation must be registered for each applicant. Documents for Your Vocational Status
For employees;
In the invitation letter sent by the Canadian company, the name and address of the inviting company, the identity of the invited person, the name of the company he or she works for and his / her duty in the company must be clearly written. The purpose and duration of the trip and whether or not the travel expenses will be covered should be clarified in the invitation letter written with the company letterhead.
The employer letter to be prepared by the company you work for should specify your duty in the company and the required visa period in detail. The employer's letter, which must be written on the company letterhead, must state the purpose and duration of your trip and ensure that it will cover your travel expenses.
You can get a photocopy of the job entry declaration document given to the SGK Directorate on your behalf by applying to the company you work for.
You can get insurance service documents of your working life by applying to SGK working units with a petition.
You must apply to the accounting service of the company you work for and sign the salary slips of the last 3 months as signed and stamped.
If you don't have SGK registration in the company you work for, you can sign the contract of employment agreement between the company and notarized and submit the document you have obtained.
The bank account statement of the last 3 months of the company you work for must submitted.
There may be other incomes such as title deeds, rental income, photocopies of vehicle licenses.
For employers;

You can get a certificate of activity from your Chamber of Commerce for your registered company. The document showing the registration of the chamber of commerce of your company should be update (preferably last 6 months).
Information that the person applying for a visa is the owner or the co-founder of the company and a copy of the trade registry gazette containing the company title must be provided.
The company's current tax certificate for the last one year should presented as a photocopy.
The last 3 months of the transactions of the company's bank account and account transactions must be obtained from the bank as signed and stamped and attached to the application file.
Photocopy of property and additional income earnings documents such as title deeds, vehicle licenses, rental income documents, if any, should submit with application documents.
For self employed persons;
