Your passport mustn't be older than 10 years. There must be at least 3 months of validity after the return date and at least 2 blank visa pages. In addition to your passport, you must provide photocopies of your current and previous passports and previous US, UK, Canada and Schengen visas. A copy of the visa processed pages of your expired passports, if any, must also be submitted at the time of application. Applicants who have changed their surnames because of the marriage or divorce must complete their application with their passport containing their current identity information.

Employer Letter
The employer letter which you will take from companie you work for, should include information about your position in company, you will go back and starting date of employment and work in progress. Your employer letter should include your travel date range and the dates on which you are permitted to work. The employer's letter must be presented as wet signed and stamped.
SGK 4A Service Statement
The SGK service statement, which you will provide with the SSI or e-government site with barcodes, should include your entire insurance history in detail. If the applicant is retired and still working, the SSI premium certificate must be submitted as an extra document.
SGK Declaration of Employment
The declaration of employment shows your entry time to company your work for.
Salary Payrolls
You must submit your original, three monthly, stamped and signed payroll.
Bank Statement
A personal bank account or statement of the last three months must be submitted. Bank statements must be provided within 10 days of the appointment date.
Chamber of Commerce Registration / Activity Certificate
According to the activity of your company, the activity certificate of the company that you have to supply mustn't be older than 6 months.
Commercial Registry
A copy of the commercial register with the title of the company and the information that the applicant is the founder or partner of the applicant must be submitted.
Current Tax Sheet
A copy of the tax certificate for the last year must be submitted.
Consent Certificate
The Netherlands visa application form to be submitted for applicants under 18 must be signed by both parents. If the child doesn't travel with their parents, an approved consent must be presented. The consent should be accompanied by a copy of the identity card of the parents. The content of the consent changes depending on the divorce status of the parents. Please ask our call center representative for further information.
Student certificate
If the applicant is a student, the original student certificate must be presented from the school where he / she is studying. Students wishing to travel except for public holidays and attendance must obtain permission from the school.
Petition
If the student's first degree relative is cover the travel expenses, the applicant must submit a wet signed, legible, round trip date and a petition for receiving the guarantee.
Warning!
Students and housewives are required to submit all income documents as specified by the occupational group, as if the person who will cover the expenses of the students will apply personally even if they don't travel on their own.
Retiring Certificate
You must submit a barcode document containing your retirement status from SSI or e-government.
Farm Certificate
If the applicant is a farmer, he /she must submit a register from the chamber of agriculture to which he/ she is attached and, if any, of the cultivated agricultural land or land, proving them.
Bank Statement
The bank account and the statement, which have been obtained in the last 3 months, must be submitted as signed and stamped by adding the bank signature circular.
Chamber of Commerce Certificate
The original and photocopy of the last 6 months registration document belonging to the professional chamber to which it is affiliated must be submitted. Photocopies of identity card holders and professional identity card holders must be submitted.
Current Tax Sheet
A copy of the current tax plate for the last year must be submitted.
Applicants without income must submit the income documents of the person who cover for their travel expenses in the Netherlands.
Foreign nationals who want to travel to the Netherlands applicants must submit documents showing residence permits in Turkey, together with other application documents.
The Netherlands tourist visa process takes 7 to 15 days after your application date. This period represents the predicted outcome time. The result of the application from Turkey have allowed foreign passport may take longer pursuing 15 days. The Netherlands Embassy and Consulate visa office does not provide service on public holidays. In case of applications made before official holidays, the processing time may be extended because of the workload.
In addition to the mandatory documents, the following documents must be submitted for applicants who is under 18. The visa application form, which must be submitted by applicants under the age of 18, must be signed by the parents or the legal guardian.
If the child applicant is only under the protection of one of his / her parents, proof of this must be presented.
The consent signed by parents regarding the applicant child is required and must be approved by a notary public. If one of the parents is accompanying the child, a signed, notarized consent must be submitted from the parent who will not travel with the child.
Documents showing the legal guardian of the under 18 applicant, photocopy of the identity card, full copy of the full accurate population registration must be submitted.
